Overview:
Looking for additional opportunities to participate in hands-on classes in the use of GIS? Visit the Penn State Cooperative Extension Geospatial Technology Program Web site for a listing of upcoming programs. Conveniently scheduled on Monday and Tuesday, prior to your participation in this years conference, the Geospatial Technology Program is offering two FREE ArcView workshops on Monday, October 25, and Tuesday, October 26, for those who have registered for the GIS and Local Government Conference. These classes will be Introduction to ArcView 9 and Intermediate ArcView 9. Registration is limited to 20 persons per class.

Cancellation/Refund:
The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received before October 13, 2004. A $100 fee will be assessed for cancellations received after this date.
