Some Scholarships Are Available To Assist Conference Attendees
Scholarship Information
A limited number of scholarships will be available this year to pay for the registration costs of $175. Some funding may also be available to provide a $100 travel stipend. These scholarships are intended for local government organizations that would otherwise not be able to attend. The number of scholarships available will depend on the amount of sponsorships that the conference receives. If you are interested in a scholarship, please send an e-mail to Stewart Bruce at stew@psu.edu with GIS Conference Scholarship as the subject and your organizational information. We anticipate announcing scholarships by September 15, 2004.
Cancellation/Refund:
The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course activity due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received before October 13, 2004. A $100 fee will be assessed for cancellations received after this date.
