Lynn Marie Stauffer : Lancaster Township, Lancaster County
James Wheeler :
James Wheeler, the Director of Environmental Affairs for the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors, has provided environmental policy research and implementation for member townships since 1991. Prior to that, Mr. Wheeler provided policy research and development on environmental, agricultural, rural health, and economic development issues for the Pennsylvania Governor's Office. A native of Tennessee, Mr. Wheeler graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. Married, he pursues a variety of outdoor recreational pursuits.
